Diffamazione, Pillon condannato a risarcire Arcigay
Trentamila euro di provvisionale a Omphalos, l'associazione aderente ad Arcigay, e Michele Mommi, responsabile del gruppo giovani per averli diffamati con una campagna di omofobia in diverse sedi distorcendo l'attività di sensibilizzazione condotta dall'associazione nelle scuole e additandoli come adescatori di ragazzi. Si è conclusa così oggi pomeriggio, al tribunale di Perugia, la causa che vedeva sul banco degli imputati il senatore leghista Simone Pillon, primo firmatario del contestato disegno di legge sulla riforma dell'avviso condiviso. Il senatore, oggi presente in aula, è stato condannato dal giudice Michele Cavedoni che ha accolto la richiesta della pubblica accusa e delle parti civili condannando Pillon per diffamazione e disponendo, oltre a 1500 euro di multa, la sospensione della pena condizionata al pagamento di una provvisionale alle parti civili: ventimila euro alla Omphalos, rappresentata dall'avvocato saschia Soli, e diecimila euro a Mauro Monni. Il risarcimento del danno ( le parti civili avevano chiesto 200.000 euro) dovrà essere stabilito in sede civile.
